Behavioral Design

As BLDG25’s Behavioral Design and Brand Consultant, I am most proud of the efforts I led to devise the company’s first proprietary behavioral design process, which seamlessly merged with our existing UX/UI design practices to deliver more valuable information and results to our clientele.

I was present at numerous meetings with large corporations to speak on these capabilities–leading me to discover my passion for applied cognitive behavioral psychology and ultimately return back to school to receive my User-Experience Design Certification from Cornell University.

Graphic Design

As BLDG25’s lead graphic designer, I wore many hats to meet the evolving needs of the company. Working closely with all team members, especially the director of marketing, I produced more than 80 artifacts in a short duration of time.

I conducted extensive research on visual marketing strategies relating to social media and was responsible for a 23% increase in engagement on the company’s LinkedIn page. Most notably, I expanded BLDG25’s asset library and produced the first ever branded merchandise improving brand recognition and loyalty.
